An NPR tradition every New Year's Eve since 1979, Toast of the Nation brings you jazz that you can party to all night long, with countdowns to midnight in all four continental time zones.
This year, NPR offers taped segments with Hiromi, Wycliffe Gordon, Wynton Marsalis, Clark Terry,Snarky Puppy, Dianne Reeves and Allen Toussaint.
Your host is Rhonda Hamilton of WBGO, Jazz 88 in Newark, New Jersey.
Toast of the Nation will start at 8pm New Year's Eve on KIOS. The music continues into the early morning hours, ending at 4am January 1st, 2016.
