The Center for Rural Affairs is out with a new report on the Rural Implications of Health Insurance Coverage in Nebraska. 

Intrabeam is a new treatment option for breast cancer patients.  The procedure allows patients to have their surgery and radiation in a session lasting about 90 minutes.

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Gov. Terry Branstad has informed the federal government that Iowa will create a state-federal partnership exchange to help Iowans buy health insurance, a requirement of the federal health care law.
