Continued drought conditions in the Missouri River basin mean water releases from Gavins Point Dam in South Dakota will be at the minimum level this winter.
Omaha Mayor Jim Suttle and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials announced Friday that levee repairs are nearly complete following last year's Missouri River flooding.
