Encircled by the beautiful botanical gardens, Lindsay VanZee invites you to come as you are right now. She asks you to call on your inner child, inviting a playful, lighthearted approach to yoga. She will be your guide as you tune into breath, connect with your body, and take in your surroundings as you flow through gentle movements. Please join us for a calming, free-spirited practice where we slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and take in the beauty that nature has to offer. Perfect for beginners or practitioners of all levels. Workshops will be held outdoors from April through October (weather permitting) and will be held indoors from November through March. Please bring a mat or towel.
