National Weather Service Predicts Cooler Than Normal, Wet Summer

(Undated, IA)  --  Most of the country is expected to have a hotter than normal summer but not the Midwest.  Meteorologist Brooke Hagenhoff with the National Weather Service in Des Moines says the states that will have a cooler summer will be Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.  The NWS also forecasts above normal rainfall this summer for the same states.
