(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert wants the city council to write out four things to be included in the next solid waste contract. Stothert sent a letter to the council this morning saying she wants to know what services it wants, what company it will support, how much it's willing to pay, and how it will reach consensus. Reports say it will take about 14 to 16 months to set up waste operations in the city. FCC Environmental and West Central Sanitation are the two companies bidding for the job.
