Omaha, NE – The Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and Baird Holm LLP are releasing the results for the Best Places to Work in Omaha Competition.

Scott Moore is partner with Baird Holm. He says the competition was designed to encourage companies to measure levels of employee satisfaction through an online survey. On Thursday, May 5th, 10 companies will be honored as the best places to work. Moore says there are specific goals for the contest, "to honor those companies that do create a wonderful work environment where people go and bring value and feel valued when they exit each day. So part of it was to honor those companies and recognize that. The other piece of it is that we try to get those winning companies together to allow them to share what it is that they do that allows them to be successful."

The top 5 companies with 25-200 employees are Edward Jones, the AIM Institute, Medical Solutions, Inc., U.S. Cellular and Cassling. The survey also determines the best places to work that have more than 200 employees. For more details on the luncheon, the website is www.bairdholm.com.
