A transformation is underway at the Conagra campus in Omaha. City and business leaders were on hand yesterday for a groundbreaking for "The Mercantile" development. Plans for the development include 375 apartments, a 720 car parking garage and 42-thousand-square-feet of retail space. Construction on the project is scheduled to start next month.
