A construction bid is approved for a new pedestrian bridge in Omaha. City Council members voted this week to approve a six-million-dollar construction bid for the proposed Baby Bob bridge. The bridge will link the ballpark and arena area to the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge. The new bridge is expected to be complete by the end of next year.
