Hundreds of Red Way customers are still awaiting refunds for their cancelled flights. Lincoln Airport officials say Red Way will not make any of their nearly 600 refunds until the airport and Lancaster County provides the final 700-thousand-dollar installment of A-R-P-A money contractually owed to the charter airline. Red Way recently ceased operations unexpectedly leaving hundreds of customers with cancelled travel plans.
