More than 13-million dollars will go toward education, the environment, and state fair improvements from the Nebraska Lottery. Those three Nebraska funds, plus the state Compulsive Gamblers Assistance Fund, will benefit from the last quarter's proceeds. Nearly one-billion dollars has been given in quarterly transfers since the state lottery began in 1993.
