A new garden project, which will get under way this spring, is part of a planned larger outdoor sustainability lab for Bellevue University. The funds that the University receives through the grant will be matched by the Bellevue community.
Dr. Tyler Moore, an Assistant Science professor, will be heading up the project. He stoppd by the KIOS studios to chat with Mike Hogan about the project and about how native plants enhance not only the landscape, but also life here in the community. He also discusses how the community can get involved as volunteers in the project.
