(Bellevue, NE) -- Flooding is impacting operations at Offutt Air Force Base near Omaha. At least 30 buildings on the Nebraska base have been damaged by floodwaters and 16-hundred base employees have been relocated. Offutt officials say only essential personnel were on duty at the base yesterday. Airmen and volunteers began flood operations on Friday morning and filled thousands of sandbags in a 36-hour period.
