House Impeachment Inquiry Hearings for the week of Nov. 18

This week, the U.S. House Intelligence Committee continues public hearings regarding the Impeachment Inquiry into President Trump.  Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 8 a.m., you can hear NPR’s live, gavel-to-gavel streaming coverage at KIOS dot org along with analysis of events throughout the day on 91.5 FM KIOS, Omaha Public Radio.

Tuesday, 11/19, Jennifer Williams, an aide to Vice President Mike Pence, and Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the director for European Affairs at the National Security Council, have been called to testify.  Tuesday afternoon, Kurt Volker, the former US special envoy to Ukraine, and Tim Morrison, a former National Security Council official, are expected to testify.

Wednesday, 11/20, the US ambassador to the EU Gordon Sondland is expected to testify; Wednesday afternoon, the committee will hear from Laura Cooper, a Defense Department official, and David Hale, the Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs.

Thursday, 11/21, former NSC official Fiona Hill will testify.
