The Morning Edition Clock Has Changed – What Does That Mean For You?

·        We’re airing national NPR Newscasts at the “bottom” of the hour (on the half hour), rather than offering two slightly shorter newscasts during the hour.

·        Programming segments that follow the NPR newscasts are a little bit longer. This allows more time to cover the important stories of the day.

·        Between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m., our local news and weather reports will now be at :04 past the hour during Morning Edition. (6:04, 7:04, 8:04 & 9:04).

·        The 30-second (often) humorous host updates that formerly aired at the bottom of the hour have now moved to 44:30 past the hour.

If you have questions or comments, please send them to us at listener@kios.org.  Thank you so much for your support!  And, as always, thanks for listening.
