Nebraskan accused of raping unconscious teen sent to prison

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — A Bellevue man accused of raping an unconscious 16-year-old girl has been given nine to 10 years in prison.

Twenty-year-old Nicholas Bregg was sentenced on Tuesday in Omaha. Court records say he'd pleaded guilty to attempted sexual assault and false imprisonment. Authorities say he and another man raped the drugged girl at an Omaha party in February 2014.

The other man, Javohn Templeman, was convicted after a trial. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday.
