Omaha Children’s Museum is opening Enchanted Kingdom on May 25, and it’s one of the most ambitious exhibits they’ve created yet. The exhibit’s focus will be teaching literacy skills and empathy to young children in an imaginative setting, complete with a castle, dragon nursey, unicorn stable and animatronic creatures. There’s even a children’s book in the works to incorporate the exhibit’s characters and encourage reading.
Kim Reiner, Director of Marketing and Public Relations, stops by the KIOS studios to chat with Mike Hogan "Live & Local" about the new program, the new roles some of the employees have taken, and how much she enjoys her job at the Omaha Children's Museum.
