(Plattsmouth, NE) -- Plattsmouth residents are being reminded they still need to conserve water. The city's website says it's seen a spike in water use over the last few days and the city is running out of its supply. Plattsmouth has been under a water emergency order since flooding started back in March. The city's plant remains offline and is still surrounded by water. The city says the ten-million dollar project to repair the plant could be finished as soon as September 1st.
