Power Plants Cause Snow

(Norfolk, NE)  --  Two Nebraska power plants are the cause of a snow storm.  The National Weather Service announced yesterday that it was watching a narrow band of snow that originated near Norfolk and stretched to Crete.  Weather service officials say steam from two power plants in Norfolk generated enough warmth and moisture to create snow.  The power plant-generated storm dropped up to two inches of snow yesterday near Madison.
