Nebraska day cares are getting help from the state during the COVID-19 pandemic. Governor Pete Ricketts has signed an executive order that allows day cares to be reimbursed by the state, despite the fact that they may currently have no children in their facilities. The executive order is expected to help keep day cares in business.
