Omaha's Santa Lucia Festival is being relocated due to rising floodwaters on the Missouri River. Reports say the 95th annual festival will now be held in the large parking lots west of Lewis and Clark Landing. The festival starts on Thursday. This is the second time in eight years it's had to be relocated.
