(Washington, DC) -- Senator Ben Sasse is asking President Trump to reconsider his decision to pull American troops from Syria. The junior senator from Nebraska issued a statement yesterday calling Turkish President Recep Erdogan a "bad guy," and said the Kurds in the area are still guarding thousands of ISIS prisoners. Earlier this week, Sasse said the president's decision would lead to the slaughter of American allies.
