Snow Removal Efforts Continue

(Scottsbluff, NE)  --  Snow removal efforts are continuing across the panhandle following last week's blizzard.  Scotts Bluff County public works officials announced yesterday that crews had cleared all routes to give rural residents access to and from their properties.  Officials say some roads were covered by 10-to-12-foot snow drifts following the storm.  Snow removal efforts in Scotts Bluff County cost an estimated 50-thousand-dollars in employee overtime and fuel for vehicles.
