(Dallas Co., IA) -- Two men arrested for breaking into the Dallas and Polk County courthouses really were hired to do it. A contract with the security company the men work for actually says they can pick door locks and break in to do security testing day or night. The Iowa Court Administration has since issued a statement apologizing. The men are still facing burglary charges in Dallas County.
