The Holland Center for Peforming Arts will hold its first indoor concert this weekend since the beginning of the pandemic. Singer-songwriter Willy Porter will perform Saturday, Oct. 3 to a socially distanced crowd.

Porter is a Wisconsin musician best known for his 1994 album "Dog Eared Dream." His blues-rock songs are often accompanied by impressive fingerstyle guitar playing.

As patrons return to venues, Omaha Performing Arts is enacting a series of measures at the Holland Center to keep audiences and staff safe, including increased sanitization of frequently touched surfaces, face mask requirements for all O-pa staff and patrons and a digital-only ticket system. A full list of COVID-19 safety precautions can be seen on the O-pa website

Porter will perform at the Holland Center at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 3. Tickets must bepurchased online, as the O-pa box office remains closed.
