General Crook House Extended Conversation

This is the extended conversation about the history and preservation of the General Crook House.

Built in 1879 while General George Crook served as Commander of the Department of the Platte, it has been historically restored and serves as the headquarters for the Douglas County Historical Society at 5730 N 30 Street, Building #11B in Omaha.

Special thanks to Pat Pixley for sharing this story and working to preserve these historical landmarks.
