AIM Infotec is the Midwest’s largest annual conference that brings together more than 1,000 of the region’s leading business and IT professionals for a day of innovation and inspiration.  This year’s event will feature former NASA astronaut Dr. Garrett Reisman, who is currently a senior adviser at SpaceX and professor of Astronautical Engineering at USC. While at NASA, Dr. Reisman completed two space missions, including one in 2008 where he spent 95 days on the International Space Station.

The AIM Interface Web School is a part-time, accelerated training for in-demand tech skill sets.  With an 80 percent placement rate for students, Interface is changing the game of recruitment by growing and training talent quickly who are then ready to hire for open positions in Omaha, helping to fill a growing skills gap.

Ellen Meyer is the Director of the Interface School.  She and a graduate of the program, Kenny Harris, chat with Mike Hogan at KIOS about the programs, the benefits to the community, and the opportunity for more discovery at the information session on Wednesday, January 9th.
