LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — An advocacy group for affordable health care has sued the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services on behalf of a 21-year-old Omaha college student denied Medicaid benefits.
LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Nebraska will receive $1.48 million from a pharmaceutical company to settle allegations that the drug maker knowingly underpaid rebates owned to the Nebraska's Medicaid drug rebate program.
The Munroe-Meyer Institute at UNMC and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services’ Nebraska Respite Program are looking for individuals across the state who are interested in being trained to provide respite care services.
