Man Wins Boat For Taking Daughter Fishing

(La Vista, NE)  --  A man from Battle Creek is the winner of the inaugural Take 'Em Fishing Challenge.  The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops awarded Tanner Hess a brand-new Bass Tracker Pro fishing boat during a ceremony on Friday at Cabela's in La Vista.  Hess' name was drawn from a pool of nearly five-thousand anglers who were invited to take a new fisher with them on a trip and submit a photo.  Hess took his five-year-old daughter fishing near their home.
