New Online Court Forms Help Iowans Get A Divorce Without A Lawyer

(Des Moines, IA)  --  A new online court system process is allowing Iowans to get a divorce without a lawyer. The Iowa Judicial Branch released part of a series of free online court forms that help Iowans without minor or dependent children access the system without an attorney. Officials say the Iowa court system saw over five-thousand divorce cases last year from couples without children.
