Diets rich in fish oil could slow spread and growth of breast cancer cells

Just in time for Breast Cancer Awareness month, a new study on mice provides further evidence that a diet high in omega-3 fats may delay the development and spread of breast cancer. 

Professor of Pathology and Microbiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Dr. Jim Talmadge,  chats with Mike Hogan “Live & Local” about the results and what it can mean for breast cancer treatment.
