Attending Iowa State University in the fall could cost more. The Board of Regents will meet by phone tomorrow and consider a proposal that raises tuition for resident undergrads by three-point-nine percent. Nonresidents would see their tuition rise by four-point-nine percent and mandatory fees would also go up. If the plan is approved tomorrow, the Regents will take it up one last time in June.
