A new program is promoting home ownership in Omaha. City officials announced the Neighborhood LIFT program yesterday. The program will provide down-payment assistance and home ownership education to qualified buyers. Program launch events held June 21st-June 22nd at the Wyndham Ramada on South 72nd Street.
