Nebraska unemployment rate edges up in June

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Nebraska's preliminary unemployment rate rose two-tenths of a point in June, hitting 4 percent.

The Nebraska Labor Department said in a report released Friday that the rate was unchanged from the 4 percent in June 2012.

The national rate remained unchanged last month at 7.6 percent, the same rate as May.
