Amy Haddad is a poet, nurse, and educator at Creighton University where she now holds the rank of Professor Emerita.  She has a new chapbook of poetry out called “The Geography of Kitchens.”  She spoke with Mike Hogan on KIOS’ “Live & Local” about writing, teaching, and why a kitchen is the capitol of a home.
