No court charges to be filed in Omaha man's accidental death

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — No charges will be filed in an accidental shooting that killed a northwest Omaha man early Saturday.

The Omaha World-Herald reports ( ) that 24-year-old Tyler Andersen and a friend had been drinking and were playing a game called "trust" with a handgun they thought was unloaded.
