A new bicycle playground is unveiled in Scottsbluff. City officials and the Western NebraskaBicycling Club have teamed up to create the 18th Street Bicycle Playground. The playground will be available for public use between April and October. Officials say the bicycle playground will provide children with a safe area to play and learn about traffic safety.
