ICAN's 27th Annual Women’s Leadership Conference is May 13th, Allison Zach Discusses on KIOS-FM

For nearly 40 years, Institute for Career Advancement Needs - ICAN has developed leaders at all stages in their careers.  They develop whole-life leaders who are prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow and create limitless possibility for themselves and their organizations.

The 27th annual Women’s Leadership Conference will take place at the CHI Health Center in downtown Omaha on May 13 from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.  The theme for this year’s conference is Ensemble: Elevating Team Performance and focuses on teamwork, collaboration, diversity, networking and connectivity.

The conference will provide attendees tools to develop and sustain high-performing work teams that elevate business performance.  Just like music, when everyone brings their own contribution and works together in harmony, business success will follow.

Allison Zach, Director of Marketing, Communications & Events at ICAN stopped into the studios at 33rd and Burt to chat with Mike Hogan about the program (which is open to everyone), the available scholarships, and the changes in management technique over the past 40 years.
