(Des Moines, IA) -- Cedar Rapids attorney Dana Oxley is the new chief justice of the Iowa Supreme Court. Governor Reynolds appointed Oxley yesterday to fill the position after the death of Chief Justice Mark Cady last November. Oxley is Governor Reynolds' third Supreme Court appointment.
