The mission of Outlook Nebraska, Inc. is to enhance the quality of life of the blind and visually impaired.
Rachel Carver, Communications Facilitator for ONI, says there will be a Lunch and Learn event on Wednesday, May 22nd.
The event gives people the chance to hear from blind and visually impaired adults who have overcome obstacles to gain employment.
"During the introduction, we have two ONI associates speak, usually people that have been with the company for quite awhile. We had one person who has been blind all of their life and we have a couple people who lost their vision later on in life and they went through some obstacles and challenges.”
Outlook Nebraska’s Lunch and Learn event takes place on Wednesday, May 22nd.
