The Wells Fargo Family Festival takes place this Sunday at six downtown arts and cultural venues in Omaha.
Marketing Manager Kara Schweiss says the Family Festival offers activities and entertainment at all six locations. Schweiss says the venues are the Wells Fargo Bank at 20th and Douglas, the Omaha Children’s Museum, the Omaha Police Mounted Patrol Barn, the Durham Museum, the W. Dale Clark Library, and the Joslyn Art Museum.
“At the Joslyn you can explore the museum’s galleries and there are some hands-on activities that kids can enjoy and take home as well. They’ll also be giving out magic wands from Wells Fargo and Amazing Lindy will be performing magic at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30.”
Activities at other venues include ornament-making, stagecoach rides, and visits with Santa. The Wells Fargo Family Festival takes place from Noon to 5:00 this Sunday. Schweiss says you may park at any of the six locations and take Ollie the Trolley to the other venues at no charge.
