(Des Moines, IA) -- A few more steps remain before Iowa officially legalizes the production of industrial hemp. The House passed a bill yesterday that puts Iowa among the majority of states that allow hemp production. Changes made by the House must be approved by the Senate before Governor Kim Reynolds can decide whether to approve the bill.
