Landlord Lawsuit Claims Dismissed

(Omaha, NE)  --  A federal lawsuit brought by the landlord of the Yale Park Apartments is dealt a setback.  The "Omaha World Herald" reports that a federal judge threw out most of the claims in the lawsuit brought by landlord Kay Anderson, his wife and the limited liability company that owns the complex.  The lawsuit accused Omaha city officials and the refugee group, Restoring Dignity, of conspiring to close down the complex.  City officials evacuated the apartment complex near 34th Avenue and Lake street last year after numerous violations were found.
