Four Generations in the Workplace...How Can They All Communicate? Angie Longe Discusses on KIOS-FM

Bellevue University College of Business is hosting a free public workshop on “Managing the Multigenerational Workforce” on Monday, May 13, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on their campus.  A light lunch is included for attendees.

The workshop will feature a panel of local experts from the fields of law, academia, human resources and business, who will discuss strategies that employers of all sizes can use to manage the diverse different generations that are found in today’s workplaces.  There are currently four very different groups:

·         Baby Boomers

·         Gen X

·         Millennials, or Gen Y

·         Gen Z

Angie Longe, who is an Associate Professor and Program Director in our College of Business, stops by the KIOS studios to chat "Live & Local" with Mike Hogan about the event and how to bridge the communication gap between the generations.
