KIOS Station Manager, Ken Dudzik, Makes Huge Announcement on "Live & Local" With Mike Hogan

KIOS 91.5 FM in partnership with Joslyn Art Museum is pleased to present "An Evening with Susan Stamberg" on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at Joslyn Art Museum, Witherspoon Concert Hall.  The event starts at 7:00 p.m.

KIOS Station Manager Ken Dudzik stopped by the KIOS-FM studios to make the first official announcement of this gala event while chatting with Mike Hogan "Live & Local."  This event is the crown jewel of activities planned to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the launch of KIOS, Omaha Public Radio.

Pre-sale tickets for KIOS and Joslyn members at KIOS.org open on July 6th.  Tickets go on sale to the general public on July 13th.  Tickets are $25 or $50 (includes VIP reception following event and VIP seating) and can only be purchased at KIOS.org 

Nationally renowned broadcast journalist Susan Stamberg is a special correspondent for NPR.  The first woman to anchor a national nightly news program, she has won every major award in broadcasting, and has been inducted into both the Broadcasting Hall of Fame and the Radio Hall of Fame.  Stamberg has been on staff since the network began in 1971.
