(Lincoln, NE) -- Mandatory water restrictions are no longer in effect in Lincoln. Mayor Chris Beutler lifted the mandatory restrictions yesterday, but he still asked residents and businesses to voluntarily conserve water. Beutler imposed the restrictions on Sunday because of flood damage at Lincoln's water facilities along the Platte River.
