Councilman Addresses Mounting Garbage Pile In Southeast Omaha

A pile of trash is causing concern in an Omaha neighborhood.  WOWT reports that as of yesterday afternoon, a large garbage pile was posing problems for residents near 13th and Vinton.  City Councilmember Vinny Palermo says residents need to get into the habit of using their trash and recycling carts, and he noted that he is working with the Omaha Public Works Department to correct and prevent another pile up.
