There's a federal judge opening in Nebraska. Yesterday U.S. District Judge John Gerrard announced he's moving to senior district court. That means President Biden will have the opportunity to appoint a new federal judge in Nebraska. Gerrard says the move won't happen until next year and he'll maintain a full caseload until then.
