As Title 42 is set to be lifted by the Biden administration next month, more Democrats are expressing concern that the White House doesn't have enough of a plan to handle the fallout.

Around 100 Iowa National Guard soldiers and 30 Department of Public Safety workers are being sent to the U-S Southern border. Governor Kim Reynolds authorized the measure Tuesday -- a week after Texas Governor Greg Abbott asked other states to support Operation Lone Star after Title 42 ended. The Iowa National Guard troops will deploy for 30 days in August, and the Department of Public Safety workers will be at the border in September.
