The State of Iowa has begun a review of the state's 256 committees and boards, evaluating if they're all needed. The review is being done by a newly formed committee, which will send its recommendations to Governor Kim Reynolds and the State Legislature by September 30th. The review is part of Governor Kim Reynold's goal of reorganizing and consolidating state agencies.
